We’re excited to welcome vendors to participate in the OSFNA 2024 event. Vendor registration is open from May 26 to June 20, 2025.

• Vendor Registration Opens: May 26, 2025
• Vendor Registration Deadline: June 20, 2025
• Vendor Approval Notifications: June 22 – 24, 2025
• Vendor Fee Payment Deadline: June 28, 2025
• Setup Day: July 25, 2025
• Event Days: July 26 – August 2, 2025
• Vendor Breakdown/Cleanup: August 2, 2025 (after event close)
